• Payments made for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), and related digital marketing services are non-refundable once the client accepts the proposal and work begins.

• This is because these services involve upfront strategy building, account setup, research, and immediate execution.

• While payments are non-refundable, we assure clients that all services will be delivered as per the agreed scope of work, with transparent communication and progress reporting.

3. General Terms & Conditions

• Refunds are not applicable once work has commenced, as our services require dedicated time, tools, technology, and expert resources from day one.

• We strongly encourage clients to:
